It is aimed at staff and students of Health and Social Care.The presentation will look at the concept of a balanced diet and the activities check learning asthe user progresses through. It discusses the role differing nutrients play in the diet. It will also deal with the Basal Metabolic Rate, the Body Mass Index and helps the learner to create a nutrition plan for individuals.
