When studying Art and Design at AS and A level, students will need to ascertain the meaning of specialist words and learn more about art organisations. The Geiriadur Celf is designed to answer these needs. It contains clear and comprehensive explanations of key areas of importance for students of Art and Design in Wales.

24 video clips produced by Telesgop. They are 5 to 8 minutes long, and include vets, lecturers and experts discussing a particular principle or demonstrating a skill. They are ideal for some of the units taught as part of the Level 3 (BTEC and City & Builds) course , namely: • Sheep production • Beef production • Dairy production • Grassland Management • Agricultural engineering • Estate maintenance skills • Management of pigs and chickens • Health of farm animals The clips can be used to demonstrate a particular skill, leading to discussions in the classroom before completing a worksheet. Many of the clips give students a good grounding before they go out to practice the skill.

These bilingual language awareness resources have been developed for Health and Social Care FE learners. They aim to increase the understanding of learners with different Welsh language skills of the significance of the Welsh language in health and social care services. In particular, they support the teaching of Unit 1 of the new Health and Social Care Level 2: Core qualification: learning outcomes 7 and 8. Learning outcome 7 requires learners to understand the importance of effective communication in health and social care.  Learning outcome 8 requires learners to understand the importance of Welsh language and culture for individuals and carers.   These resources are also vailable via FE colleges' learning portals.

These resources are learning packs with the aim of developing students' knowledge, based on realistic situations. The packs contribute to specific modules at the University of South Wales School of Nursing, but can also be used by students from other universities studying any branch of Nursing through the medium of Welsh. The glossary is divided into 21 sections including Osteopathy, Midwifery and Clinical Technology. Users can choose to hide or display the English text on the pages as their Welsh improves.
