This toolkit contains information about practical resources, programmes and apps that staff can use to improve their Welsh and to improve their learner's Welsh. The website is completely bilingual and suitable for everyone, whatever their Welsh language skills.

The Hub offers bespoke qualifications and training in the key subjects, Communication, Numeracy and Digital Literacy. Individuals can work towards Entry 2 to Level 3 Essential Skills qualifications, or work to improve skills while undertaking another program of learning. ​The Hub is open for training providers for them to be able to refer learners who wish to undertake Essential Skills qualifications through the medium of Welsh. Dyddgu studied BSc (Hons) Design and Technology Secondary Education leading to Qualified Teacher Status' at Bangor University, she graduated with first class honors.  Her early career started as a Design and Technology A Level lecturer at Coleg Meirion Dwyfor, before being appointed as a Design and Technology teacher at Rhydywaun Comprehensive School.  She’s now been working at Cardiff Metropolitan University for the last seven years, working as a senior lecturer in the School of Education, with her expertise in innovative teaching, student engagement and technology enhanced learning.

This resource includes 28 videos on how to download, install and run Python; basic syntax; and algorithmic thinking by solving example problems.
